I had been looking for a dependable lock for my equipment trailer for some time now. I’m glad I finally found the Altor Icon Trailer Coupler Lock. Very well thought out design & made from very strong materials. It was a wise investment that gives me peace of mind.

After shopping around I came across Altor/Icon Trailer Locks online; I ordered a lock 3/25/24 however managed to order the wrong lock (probably my fault) so I sent an email to Altor Customer Service and to my surprise the owner of the company called me that very evening. I expressed I was a bit frustrated because I wanted the lock for a trip by April 15th. I was told no problem! we'll send you a shipping label to return the one you have and get you the correct lock intime! By April 9th I received the replacement lock, I should point out Altor is located in VA and I am located in CA! Now about the lock this thing is a beast as you can see in the photo, it weighs 25ibs, if the crooks get past this lock they obviously need the trailer more than I do!
I seriously cannot say enough about the exceptional and personalized customer service I received starting with the owner! A fan for life!

Impressive, the lock is.very well made. Just looking at it makes the idea of cutting it off exhausting. It’s solid and heavy but very easy to install and remove. Lock works smoothly.

Other locks I looked at can be cut off with grinder. Not so with this one.

It is a very heavy duty lock and make me feel it protects my trailer which makes me sleep at nite!

Ordered 2 of your trailer coupler locks and they are superb in every way. Very heavily made and strong steel we’re selling points. Fit trailers to a T. Very satisfied and as a bonus to other locks it has a sealed cover to keep out dirt and weather.

Best lock we've used by far. Customer service from Altor is by far the best. Any issue and they will resolve it. We've been using our lock for a few years and its super secure! Nothing else like it.

I believe this will be the best way to help ensure thieves pass by my trailer. The design does not allow for rain to enter into the tumbler. I'll never face an iced up lock in an area that frequently has daily freezes/thaws, and I don't have to cover it.

We just purchased a new travel trailer and wanted an effective tongue lock. After much research, Altor seemed to have the best the market has to offer. This lock is heavy, solid and is formidable in appearance. No doubt, most would-be thieves would take one look and move on. Thanks, Altor.

After using a variety of trailer locks in the past,(Proven, Amplock, etc) none seemed quite secure enough for my latest trailer purchase. After finding Altor locks, it was easy to see that these were just what I was looking for. To ensure I ordered the correct unit, I sent photos of my coupler to Altor Customer Service around 8:00 pm on a Friday evening. The morning (Saturday) I received a quick confirmation from Dylan in CS confirming the model that my trailer needed. I ordered it that day and it arrived on Tuesday. Very pleased with the quick customer service response and the rapid delivery. The lock is outstanding - very robust, secure, and easy to install. I will be purchasing more units for additional trailers. Highly Recommended.

Needed a way to keep our travel trailer safe while boondocking and out exploring for the day, no need to stress and worry now, trailer will be there when we get back!! Awesome product, as an engineer I evaluate the entire design, I only see one minor weakness that could be redesigned to improve it.
