RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your ALTOR products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. For products purchased from AltorLocks.com, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging.

For products purchased from an ALTOR authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information on how to return your product.

REQUEST A RETURN

Before you send out your return item, please email support@altorlocks.com confirm eligibility for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) label.

Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately. For more information on our warranty policy and submitting a claim visit our warranty page.

ALTOR RETURN POLICY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • All returns must be related to an AltorLocks.com order. All merchandise must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
  • ALTOR does not offer returns on ALTOR products purchased outside of AltorLocks.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
  • All returns must be processed through our customer service email support@altorlocks.com within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
  • Any shipping costs from an original order under $97 and any additional return shipping costs including international custom fees are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on AltorLocks.com for the correct item.

ALTOR does not price match with dealers or competitors.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number. Please DO NOT write your order number directly on the product; this may disqualify you from receiving your refund.
  • Securely attach your return label to the package. You will receive your prepaid shipping label once you receive eligibility approval and submit your return.
  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box (do NOT write directly on the product). We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
