SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your ALTOR® Lock as soon as possible. Orders usually ship the same day or by the end of the following business day, not including weekends or holidays. We send order confirmation, shipping confirmation and delivery confirmation notifications to the email provided in the checkout process. All orders within the United States ship via USPS or UPS are typically delivered within 2-5 business days depending on ship to location. All customized products (keyed alike) will require an additional 1-Day processing time.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
ALTOR offers free shipping on qualified orders $97.00 and up, shipped in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship free to U.S. territories or states outside of the contiguous United States (including Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.
Shipping options are listed with pricing options in the shopping checkout process. Premium and Express orders should be placed by 12:00 PM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
ALTOR and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We accept orders for shipment to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on the ship to location and weight of the order. All orders are shipped from Sterling, VA, USA.
You are responsible for any applicable tax and import fees collected on behalf of your local government at time of delivery. Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system.
